Incident Reporting
§191.3 Definitions.
"Incident" means any of the following events:
"LNG facility" means a liquefied natural gas
facility as defined in §193.2007 of Part 193.
The Mississippi Public Service Commission is required
to ensure the Federal Department of Transportation Office of Pipeline
Safety in its 5 (a) agreement that all rules and regulations of the Minimum
Federal Safety Standards are being enforced.
Incidents need to be reported to the Department of Transportation
Response Center 800-424-8802 along with the Mississippi Public Service
Commission - Pipeline Safety Division,
(see LINK below for contact list) within TWO HOURS after discovery of
all incidents that occur on your system which meet the requirements of
49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 191.5 or 195.5. It is the operator's
responsibility for filing the appropriate incident reports with both offices;
