PSC along with the Federal Trade Commission have exchanged information and have put a robocaller out of the telemarketing business. 
The telemarketers were allegedly responsible for billions of calls and will give up assets totaling roughly $3 million under an FTC order.</description>

House Bill 825 would totally strip the PSC of any authority to hold AT&amp;T accountable for rate increases and lousy 
landline and cell phone coverage. Presley said the bill was requested by AT&amp;T as retaliation against the PSC for 
denying a rate increase and for complaining of poor cellular and residential phone service. The PSC won a case in 
the Mississippi Supreme Court to limit charges to customers after AT&amp;T appealed the PSC’s ruling.</description>

has begun random checks of wireless phone retailers to ensure compliance with the “Consumer Code for Wireless Service”. PSC regulations require designated 
wireless companies comply with the code, which provides consumer rights at the point of purchase; such as a 14-day trial period, the availability of a 
map detailing service and coverage, along with eight (8) other rights designed to protect consumers.</description>
